Our rooms in the garden

South-Africa is a vast country, so you probably had a long drive before arriving at our lodge where you will find the space, comfort and relaxation that you need in one of our garden rooms. We offer two types of garden rooms: our cosy Cottage rooms and our comfortable Garden rooms. All rooms breathe a stylish and warm atmosphere, a combination of classic charm with natural, modern tones. From the beautiful garden, you enter your room via your private patio. The private en-suite bathrooms are spaciously set up with sophisticated details and design, where you find soft towels and fine toiletries. All rooms have an air-conditioning and heating system. The quality king-size lengthy beds are made with 100% cotton linen. Swellendam Country Lodge has 4 Garden rooms and 2 Cottage rooms; each sleep 2 adults and an additional child upon request (a baby cot or child bed will be provided). The Cottage rooms and the Garden rooms are separately situated in the garden.

BIG PLUS: The entire guest house runs on solar powered batteries and will therefore not be affected by any power outages.
