Accommodation

Swellendam Country Lodge has six comfortable guest rooms. In the garden, separate from the main house, are four rooms. Another two garden-rooms are situated on the position of the former coach-house – ‘die waenhuis'. The accommodation is surrounded by yellowwood trees, fruit trees and palms. A friendly environment with a variety of colourful South African plants and birds to enjoy. There is a secluded swimming pool in the garden.

The guest rooms have an atmosphere of natural charm, classic beauty combined with modern comfort. Stylish bedrooms, decorated with taste and an eye for detail. All rooms of our B&B have a private entrance and an own veranda overlooking the beautiful garden. Bathroom en suite with shower (some with bath and separate shower), quality beds with percale linen, mini bar, fan, TV (SABC, e-tv, M-net), tea/coffee tray, heater, hair dryer, etc.

A generous breakfast is served outside on the veranda of our Guest House, or indoors near the fireplace on that few cold winter mornings.
